I am a student at UCF who majors in Health Sciences, but I also had an interest in business. This is when I came upon EB Solutions & Systems.

One of the things that I really like about this organization is that Ed and Anh emphasize personal growth a lot. They recommend books to read that not only further my education on business, but they have helped me become better at my studies too. One very important skill that I learned is time management through this organization. In order for me to balance my time between my studies and business, I needed to learn the crucial skill known as time management, and with the books and training Ed and Anh recommend and provide, I was able to learn how to manage my time throughout the day because of this business.

One other aspect that I really love about this organization is the environment. You're surrounded by people who encourage you and congratulate you on your successes. Ed and Anh have created an amazing team. I always look forward to going to team meetings to meet the team again.

It is very seldom when you have the opportunity to work with a company that provides you with the keys to your success. Ever since I decided to work with S-Solutions, Ed and Anh and their organization have been nothing but welcoming. The kicker was how Ed always provides books; that actually help you be a better person. I am very grateful to be able to meet Ed and Anh and work with them.

When I was introduced to the world of doing business online I had no knowledge or experience in this field however, I was looking to create a second source of income and was open to the idea of it. Over the course of a year and a half of mentorship and personal growth I know now without a doubt that I made the right decision. During that time, my wife and I have read books that have helped us in areas of leadership & mindset, and we've created new friendships that are taking us places in life.

A huge part of my success has been working with an effective and supportive organization. The training here is second to none and I couldn't be happier!

I had wonderful time learning. I was reminded how the skin is the largest organ in our body, so protecting it from free radicals and pollutants is vital. It was very informative and I plan to invest more into protecting my skin.

Anh was the host of the Product Launch and she was very welcoming, informative and kind. She provided us with folders of information to help us determine what skincare and make-up products are best for our skin. I will be converting to the items that were presented. I had such a fun time hanging out with the other ladies who attended this event as well. We all left feeling more educated about our skin-care and make-up techniques. The atmosphere and people were very kind and sweet. Thank you for hosting it and the giveaways that were included. Please let me know when the next one will be!

To explain the feeling you get working with the people on this team, I have to go back a bit. I went to a military boarding school for high school. To say the least, I was trained and molded in an environment where no one was left behind. As long as we worked toward the benefit of the squad. Kids from around the world, different walks of life, and different cultures coming together working toward a goal of being the best we could be, yet still having this sense of competitiveness that pushes you to strive for even more.

For the time I have been with this team, there has been so much more than just camaraderie. There is this sense of family, who may not see each other at every waking moment, but when they get together it's like no time has passed at all. Can you imagine trying to build a business with people growing right beside you and congratulating your successes as you go? I never thought it was possible after graduating all those years ago, but here I am and can't wait to see what heights we will reach together.

I was looking for something, due to some not so great times financially at my job even before the pandemic. I wasn't sure exactly what at the time but I was looking for something flexible and something that would help me grow and develop myself. I, of course was also looking for more income, an additional source of income that would not detract from my current job duties.

I don't have to look any further than here. I've been with this organization for roughly nine months and I was able to create an additional thousand dollars a month income, part-time, without disrupting my full-time job. Actually, what I'm excited about as well is I've gotten better at my job and in many aspects of my life because of the mentorship and training available to me within this organization.

That is due to the comprehensive training program that has already helped me to better manage my time and lift myself into positivity in a not so positive year, and deliver on continuous growth monetarily, on business and personally. Being mentored and trained here not only did that but it increased my monthly income. I feel like the skies the limit on what I can accomplish.

I've been introduced to life changing books, amazing successful people and I'm learning everything I need to know to be successful. I thank and I'm grateful to Ed and Anh and appreciate the winning environment I get to be apart of. I'm reaching goals I didn't know were possible. Thank you!

When we started working with EB Solutions & Systems we were looking for a way to create extra income on a monthly basis outside our jobs. What we didn't know was that we were going to be receiving not only additional income we were after, but truly life changing skills through trainings. This organization has taught us how to become better leaders, friends, and people. It has brought purpose back into our lives and introduced us to people who we now know will be life long friends. After about four months we are generating $700 in additional income, but the total sum of what we are receiving is much greater than additional income. We are excited to continue to learn and grow together with this organization and realize our full potential.

When I started working with EB Solutions & Systems I was simply looking for an extra revenue stream outside of my job as a professional golfer. Little did I know at the time, this team of amazing people were going to not only aid me in developing additional income, but also help further my golf career through the invaluable training and mentorship I receive from them. This organization has taught me how to be an effective leader, how to have the mindset of a champion, and most importantly how too consistently be the best version of myself. The flexibility of remote work allows me to still get work done while being on tour around the world golfing. This is huge for me as well.

When I first attended a networking event I came with the mindset of forming a second source of income. I was expecting a traditional work environment where it would be more ball and chain and I'd even have quotas to meet, however this company is not like that in the least bit.

The work environment provided is one built on people first. One where my general input and even my presence feels appreciated. The ambiance of the people I work with along with the knowledge provided is more than enough to make a person stay.

Apart from the great ambiance, astounding camaraderie, and knowledge. Ed and Anh provide a very refreshing characteristic that I'm not used to. That characteristic is that they value the people. I had been overwhelmed, stressed out, and up to my ears in thoughts with my own personal life. It was at a point where I thought I wouldn't be able to remain with the company.

This is where it gets the best. I came to Ed with my personal struggle and instead of him being on me and not concerned about my well being like a traditional business, he listened. He offered ideas and input that could make things work around my busy schedule. He didn't have any malice, he wasn't irate, or belligerent. Instead he listened to my problems and we were able to come to a solution that was still mutually beneficial.

Most businesses and bosses wouldn't have bent or helped the way Ed did. He showed me that it's not just about production but also about my well-being and with that I'm able to believe 100 percent that this company is indeed "a people first organization." Thank you so much!

Initially when I came to my first networking event, I came with the pretense of making a second source of income, but I didn't have an idea of how that was going to be accomplished with my schedule. When I attended my first meeting, the two things that stood out the most was the quality of the people that were a part of the organization and the environment that they've managed to create, which was extremely welcoming to new people.

Now the quality of people and the environment can't both be overstated. I'm a prior AF veteran and the reason I got out of the military, was for those two exact reasons. It felt like a breathe of fresh air meeting good, wholesome, and friendly people who want to meet and get to know you.

Fast forward a few months into being part of the organization and I still feel that way. I believe that an interest of creating an additional source of income peeks people's interest but the people and the environment is what keeps people wanting to be part of the organization.

The organization is vast group of diverse people all seeking to improve and develop themselves day by day. Currently, I'm a game design student and prior to being part of the organization I would have told you my soft skills (interpersonal skills) were good. After, being part of the organization for almost a year now, I would say my outlook on life and my soft skills have drastically improved. Being part of an organization that puts people first is something more people should experience.

I have worked with other business coaches and the extent of their training was Zoom with a bunch of people on a call that I did not know. Ed and Anh have been extremely helpful every step of the way. Their coaching is straightforward and simple to follow. They are supportive and always available to assist or answer questions. Working with them has helped me become a better leader in my career. They have encouraged and supported my personal development as well. We've built a great relationship in the time that I've worked with them. They are very knowledgeable and I'm extremely grateful to be able to work with them!

Throughout my adult life, I have always juggled multiple jobs to make ends meet. After taking a step back after COVID to go into the classroom, things got really tough. Thankfully for me, I was exposed to the environment, association and mentorship offered through E-Commerce Business Systems.

It's not only about building an additional source of income, but about helping others. I have had a passion for working with young adults, wanting to make sure that they have the resources to be successful no matter what life throws at them. Through the mentorship and personal growth I've experienced, I have been able to identify and embrace my purpose.

Now that I am back into school administration, I am able to see where I can take the leadership lessons and people skills I have been learning and apply them to other areas of my life - not just my business. I am forever grateful for the personal mentorship I have received and continue to receive from Ed and Anh. They are true coaches - stretching me to progress toward my true potential, and not letting me settle for who I am today. I look forward to many more years of partnership. Thank you!
